Module 3: Allocate and log accounts

Learning Outcomes
Accounts are allocated according to specified requirements. 
Accounts are logged onto the system so that records can be maintained according to organizational requirements. 
Deadlines for resolving accounts are determined and agreed to and an age analysis for recording purposes is drawn up per debtor. 
Any special accounts are noted and the details recorded accordingly. 
Any historical data pertaining to the debtor is logged onto the system. 
Collection plan is compiled and logged according to the debtor profile.
